Shipping & Dispatch Information

In-stock items will be shipped within 3–7 business days after the order is placed.
Pre-order items will be shipped within 14–30 business days.

(Weekends and public holidays excluded.)

Exchange / Return Policy

All products are sold on a made-to-order basis. Exchanges or returns due to personal reasons (non-defective products) are not accepted.
By making a purchase, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms, and the right to cancel or request a refund is restricted.

If a product is found to be defective, it may only be exchanged for the same product and size.
Products sent back without prior approval will be returned to the sender.

Products showing signs of wear, residual odors (such as sweat, perfume, or air fresheners), or with removed tags are considered worn and are not eligible for exchange or return.

If an account accumulates 3 or more order cancellations or returns due to personal reasons,
the company may, at its discretion, impose a purchase restriction of 6 months up to permanently on the account.

교환/반품 규정

본 상품은 주문 제작 방식으로 판매됩니다.
개인적인 사유(상품 하자가 아닌 경우)에 의한 교환 또는 반품은 불가합니다.
구매 시 본 규정을 동의한 것으로 간주되며, 주문 취소나 환불 요청이 제한됩니다.

상품에 하자가 있는 경우에만 동일 상품, 동일 사이즈로 교환이 가능합니다.
사전 접수 없이 보내진 상품은 반송 처리됩니다.

상품에 착용 흔적, 잔여 냄새(땀, 향수, 방향제 등), 또는 택 제거가 있는 경우,
해당 상품은 착용 상품으로 간주되어 교환/반품이 불가합니다.

개인 사유로 인한 주문 취소 또는 반품이 3회 이상 발생할 경우,
회사는 내부 판단에 따라 해당 계정에 대해 6개월~영구 구매 제한을 적용할 수 있습니다.

Exchange / Return Shipping Fee Information

After receiving the product, please submit a request through your official website order within 7 days, and the product must be returned within 7 days to process an exchange or refund.

  • Exchanges: A shipping fee of  60USD must be paid before the exchange can be shipped. Once the package is confirmed, return it freight collect.

  • Returns: Please repackage the item and send it back to the POSTER SERVICE studio. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer.

    교환/반품 배송비 안내

    상품 수령 후, 7일 이내에 공식 웹사이트 주문 내역을 통해 신청해 주시고, 상품은 7일 이내에 반송되어야 교환 또는 환불 처리가 가능합니다.

    • 교환: 교환 출고 전 배송비 60,000 KRW를 결제해 주셔야 합니다. 패키지 확인 후, 착불로 반송해 주세요.

    • 반품: 반품하실 상품을 다시 포장하여 POSTER SERVICE 스튜디오로 보내주시기 바랍니다. 반품 배송비는 구매자 부담입니다.
